I had a wonderful moving experience!The movers were on time, quick, but very careful, super friendly, and considerate of where things should go. I had some tricky (and heavy) Ikea furniture that they skillfully got up & down very narrow staircases damage-free.They made a stressful time super manageable and Im very appreciative of their hard, GOOD work. Plus I love the plant gift.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I arrived home in the evening to inspect the packing job i hired them to do the night before the moving truck was coming and found more then half of my home not packed. I took photos to show the head office. They sent a site supervisor to help me pack at 10 pm but I was up until 3 am still packing my home. This was a very traumatic experience for me. I have three kids and nothing was packed. The payment was processed from my visa and i am still waiting (1 month now) for someone to call me and give me a full or partial refund for a job not done. Terrible!!!!
