I want to report that someone tried to steal my Mojave truck. This parking lot is supposed to be safe, and we pay to keep our vehicle in a secure place. We found the truck with the windows down, the lights on, and the heater running. Thank God we have an anti-theft security system installed in it. I absolutely do not recommend this parking lot. It’s not worth paying such a high fee just to have your car damaged or almost stolen.
Clean parking lot. Well-lit, no gross smells, glad it’s not sketchy at all. Found FREE EV parking spots using ChargePoint on P2. Paid $24 for the day. Would park here again!
Good, easy directions when Bremner Ave is not closed off. If it is, you have to go around but maps is not good at redirecting. The red light, green light for taken and available spots is super handy.
They are absolute LIERS!!! It said $15 on weekends on their site. When you come, on their electronic board, which is ELECTRONIC, so easy to change, it said already $24 for 24h. And when you leave in 5 h, they make you to pay $35, because they believe there's an event, even though you came here to dismount stage, because even it OVER! And nothing you can do, you just must pay, because they lie to you, and you're just money caw for them.
I would award -5 stars if I could. This company practices negative billing, unacceptable customer service and fails to execute with flying colours in every aspect. Support staff has language barriers which makes clear communication and action almost impossible. Support staff are not thorough and make multiple mistakes when registering parking permits. Department managers are bullying, childish and unprofessional. They hang up on you continuously or move you to hold without any follow-up. They practice discriminatory employment practices with their parking lots embedded in the hospital. They fail to take any accountability even at the leadership level. I had a parking dept manager (Patrick Clarke) cancel my account mid day during a work day because of a payment error made on their behalf that they did not flag for three months. When we tried to follow up, he cancelled my account without informing anyone. In 10 years, I have never witnessed such a lack of support and good customer service re: a hospital employee working for patient care. This company is by far - hands down - thee worst. Do not sacrifice your integrity and dignity in the face negative billing, bullying or poor customer service.
WOULD GIVE THIS -5 STARS IF I COULD this company is a SCAM. Charged me $24 when I should’ve paid $12 for parking for 4 hours on a Saturday night. Called the company to get a refund for the extra $12 they charged me - got transferred to a voicemail box 4 separate times. Once I got a hold of a ‘manager’ I was told to email my receipt and it would be handled. Followed up to that email twice with no response. Now, I’m extremely annoyed so I called my bank to file a claim and will be getting my money back. Crazy how companies like this can play around with people and their money. NEVER parking with them again.
THE SIGNS DISPLAYED OUTSIDE ARE MISLEADING. WAS CHARGED DOULBLE THE AMOUNT ($24 INSTEAD $12) FOR LESS DESIGNATED HOURS ON WEEKEND. NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE. PRECISE PARKLINK IS A CHEATING COMPANY.
