Came in with a $12 posting for full day. Ended up paying $35 because they changed it to event parking by the time I finished work at Scotia bank! Felt cheated but plenty of space available.

It smells like a huge trash bin and can’t stop throwing up. I have been several parking in financial district, it’s definitely the worst. Please check why it’s soooo bad smell.

Came for a Raptors game and it was $30 flat fee for the evening. At exit, one of their parking attendants was present at the exit gate. He already charged me $30 and the payment went through but he didn't let me leave. I even showed him the proof that the transaction went through but he started arguing with me. I had to pay twice to leave. Contacted their supervisor who said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the refund after they do an investigation. Just had my bank reverse the payment. Bunch of crooks.

Suppose to be a reputable company but do not be fooled. Says Daily max is $34 however it is a lie. We arrive at 2:00pm and left the next day at 12:33pm. And we got charge $80. We talked to a worker and a supervisor who said we got charge $34 one day + $12 overnight + $34 the last day. So no help whatsoever and I would call their posted prices as false advertising.

$12 flat weekend during the day. Garage was clean and CIBC building lobby was quite nice. There was no machine to pay for parking. You have to pay at the exit.

We were stuck in this parking garage for over an hour as the line to exit moved at a tremendously low speed. It's unclear why, but one of the lanes to pay was closed. The one lane with cars had an employee at the pay station, which appeared to not work for everyone (one car didn't seem to be able to pay, for whatever reason). When we confronted the employee, he said it wasn't his problem, that it was because of "traffic." It's indeed his problem because there was no traffic (and again, the pay machine was broken + one of the lanes was closed). We were still forced to pay $30 after all of this. Not using Indigo parking again, this was ridiculous. Imagine being stuck in an underground parking lot for an hour and coming home at 1am as a consequence.

Took 45 minutes to get from P3 to P2 on an event night (Sat Jul 6). I'm still not out of this damn lot yet. I won't park here even if it's free Edit: 1 hour 20 minutes total to get out. They closed the Bay St. exit and everyone was funneled out to Yonge southbound. Event parking price was $30.
