Problems with their payment terminals, needed to go to two different levels and tried to pay 3 different times. Payment went through and then I couldnt get out at the gate. When I checked my credit card it showed it charged and then refunded on my credit card. Why would it charge and then reverse had to hold up the line to pay again. It shouldn't be so difficult to pay to get out. Especially after an event when hundreds of people are trying to leave at once. At least the parking garage was clean, had good lighting and was well maintained.
I would not recommend this parking. Was there for 9pm - 2am which should have been $15 evening rate. They has a sign saying event parking till 6pm. We ended up paying $35. We talked to someone through the machine before leaving and they said to call them after to get the refund but they couldn't do anything at the machine and that we have to pay the price to leave. We tried calling the company many times and no response from them.
Location is excellent for CN Tower and the aquarium. You can walk through the building to practically outside the aquarium. We ended up paying $40 instead of $25 because we didn't understand we had to exit by 6pm. We left around 6:40pm and were surprised, but I guess that's what the sign meant by the times. We just weren't used to reading these parking rates. It felt steep, but it's not like we had a choice since we already parked.
Scam, came here to park for a couple of hours, dinner and CN tower. Ended up paying $35 They claim because of an event, blue jays playing, please you make enough money already.
Very scammy company. Their website is glitchy and doesn't show correct times for booking. Management doesn't answer the phone and customer service will give you the runaround.
Clean and well lit parking garage that is very conveniently located to get to Roger's centre or Ripleys aquarium. Kicking myself for not purchasing in advance as I didn't realize there was a Jays game and event pricing was $35 flat rate and I could have booked online for $15.
Pay online for a discount .....less expensive than other surrounding parking lots. They had a squeegee to clean your windows ... Great added bonus. My go to parking spot for convention center, aquarium, harbour front, etc....
