They have placed some signs now but you have to look for them. If you're coming for the Pearson Test Center, its a quick, convenient, fairly cheap place to park. 7/10 recommended. * info as of October 2025
WORST PARKING EVER! They are putting misleading instructions, they don’t say the price of overnight parking or it’s allowed or not. They just let you in and on the next day you will be charged $32. However the daily maximum is $16
I went to park my car the other night at the SPPLUS parking lot on 1075 Bay Street. There was no clear sign that the parking lot was closed from 12AM- 6AM. There were multiple signs indicating that there was parking available but nowhere did it specify a time limit! In fact, I even did at arrive to get my car before 12AM (at about 11:45PM). The lot was closed, there was no security guard available, and the number at the front of the building for parking questions went straight to voice mail. I had to take an Uber back to my house which is 40 km away. Then I had to uber back the next morning. When I came back the next day, I still could not gain access to my car! I had to call multiple numbers to try and get into the lot. When a security guard finally let me in, I was informed that I would be charged for 2 days worth of parking ($32 dollars). I tried to get them to pay a lost ticket fee (which was slightly less) but they refused, and refused to let me out of the lot. This is in addition to the money I had to spend on ubers (about $100) and the 2 hours of time I wasted. I am a health care professional and have spent years working at various hospitals in the GTA, and have parked at thousands of lots over the years. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Do not park here!
Door locked upon returning at 5, very small turn around space, machines kept rejecting payment (ONLY TAKES CREDIT, WILL NOT TAKE DEBIT) and took us going to find someone who could exchange American cash for Canadian to get out. *Press for help is a JOKE. It’s someone over the intercom telling you to insert your ticket and card.....thanks.....There’s a reason for the reviews, and for the lack of cars inside! Go elsewhere! NOT worth it!
Spend a dime on a few signs to help direct parking patrons to elevators,, etc. Hire competent staff to answer the "help" button. We spent nearly a half an hour trying to get out of the parking garage. We were locked out on stairwells repeatedly, what a farce. Never to return.
