Nadège is absolutely amazing! I stopped in to pick up macarons and they were perfection, fresh, beautifully made, and full of rich, delicate flavour. The texture was just right: crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
Walked home about 1km in the path and the box was so poor quality that the handles wripped off, the box fell on the ground, and the cake fell upside down and got ruined. Literally appalled at how bad the quality is of the packaging. Nadege I'm ashamed at you guys trying to cheap out on everything and offering such a poor experience in the name of higher margins. It was a birthday cake too. Like do you understand how embarrassing this is for both nadege as a brand and for me. Next time please include a disclaimer not to use the handle on the box nadege. Humiliating experience.
I went in for the first time recently and loved the Halloween dessert options they had. It was sooo creamy and delicious. Joanna helped me out soo much. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Joanna gave me some samples they had to try. Would definitely come back.
Zei at Nadège Patisserie is simply amazing! She’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes the experience special. Thanks to her, I tried the almond croissant—and honestly, nobody can beat it. Crispy, buttery, and absolutely perfect. Zei and that croissant are the reason I keep coming bac
I stopped by this place for the first time and was blown away by the incredible customer service by Krizelle. She was so patient and welcoming. She took the time to answer my questions, made great recommendations, and made me feel like a valued customer. On top of that, the pastries were fresh and absolutely delicious. The Praliné cake was my favorite! I'll definitely be coming back not just for the treats, but for the experience!
Stopped by to try their macarons for the first time. Krizelle was a big help in explaining available options. Macarons was good. Not too sweet, so it was well paired with tea. Will surely come back and look for Krizelle as her hospitality was superb.
We bought some cute treats for a colleague's birthday: a caramel praline dessert in the shape of a donut, and another in the shape of a coffee cup (can't remember the flavours). He said both were good. I also picked up some macarons since it had been some time since I'd gotten some from Nadege and they were decent. As usual, they have a good variety of interesting flavours, which were yummy, but I found the macarons to be inconsistent in terms of texture. I personally prefer when they are crispy but slightly chewy, but some were more so than others. I went during lunchtime on a weekday, and it was not very busy, though we seemed to have just beat the rush. There was only one person, which is understandable given that I'm sure that it's quiet outside of certain hours, but I could see it getting busy if there were more people in the store. This location is conveniently located in the PATH, ideal for work occasions or picking up something while at the office.
