Not recommended for events, specially corporate events. They handled delivery through UBER who of course refused to deliver it to the office that is on the 20th floor in downtown toronto. Instead the uber driver temporarily stopped in front of the building (there was a paid parking lot right where he stopped but he would’ve had to pay) and called me to come get it from the street. I did NOT expect this for a $200+ order. I had to arrange a trolley last minute as it was a big order. This experience left a sour taste and needless to say will not be ordering from them again.

I met Fatima, who provided wonderful service. Every recommendation she gives is always spot-on. I especially enjoyed their almond croissant. it’s truly above and beyond!

Pretty good cakes, but I find the customer service disappointing each time.Online orders never ready when I go and pick it up. Last week the lady at the cash skipped over me to help the guy behind me. Think I will give this a place a pass.
