Took my new puppy and they did a fantastic job, the scared little guy was so calm and happy with them! They also gave me amazing tips. Felt like family. Will always take my dog there!
This business is does not stay open as its hours say on there website they leave early when they want to because they don't want to pay their employees for the day.they are unreliable and can never have the appointment when you want it,they try to change appointments which is sometimes not convenient for the owners of their pets
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS CHANGED ONCE THEY HAD THE PUPPY ON THE TABLE....FINAL PRICE TO GROOM CAME TO $430.00! OUTRAGEOUS! BE CAREFUL AND GET A WRITTEN QUOTE BEFORE YOU GIVE ELSIE YOUR DOG. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PAWFECT SPA....
I recently took my dog to PAWFECT SPA hoping for a pleasant grooming experience. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I must express concerns about the service provided. $170 is just for a bath for a puppy (other services are extra) It's not cheap, what is particularly annoying is when the grooming results do not meet the expectations and the agreed services are met, but the high fees are still supposedly justified. A very disappointing grooming shop.
I went to get a quote for my golden doodle and couldn't believe how rude, condescending and judgmental the employee was. Not only was she rude she had 0 interest in my dog. Would not recommend this place.
Went for the first time for a regular dog bath package. This included nail clipping, ear cleaning, paw cleaning and a wash. When we went to pick up the dog, we asked if there were any issues and they mentioned they had difficulty with the nails - we found out later that they cut the nails too short and the dog was in pain. The reason why I am giving a 1 star review is because of the nail clipping. We left the spa satisfied with the dogs cleaning and grooming but after checking more thoroughly, we saw that the nails on all of their paws were split (first picture) and that the nails were trimmed too short. We called and at first they told us that it would be $25 to fix the nails (they did not end up charging us). We went back and they grinded down the split nails for us. Later on that night, our dogs nails on their back right paw started to bleed. All of theirs nails on the back right paw are red as there is nerve damage (last 3 pictures). When reviewing the overall experience and service, I will not be returning. There was no apology and we were told that nails split all the time. Fair. But we did not expect nerve damage and bleeding from treatment by someone who has been in the business for 17 years.
They charge $227 + taxes for grooming a cat. I asked why and she said because its 2 people grooming a cat. They charge extra on top for any mats or behavioural problems. I asked for more details on what they would define as behavioural problems and they did not have a clear answer. I mentioned that the price is almost double of all other groomers and they said yes we know but we don't care.
