I brought my old large cat in with a couple lower back mattes and needing a sanitary shave. She did a wonderful job! My cat was very chipper and happy after her appointment. It has since fully grown out with zero issues. I plan on calling and booking another appointment soon!
We've been customers of Linda for over 15 years and 2 dogs. She was so kind and loving as our first dog (PWD) aged and developed dementia. Linda took extra time with her and was very caring. Now we have big crazy bernedoodle and he's rocking everything from a superpoof to a short and trim summer cut. Thanks Linda!
I put a great review the first time but things changed for the worst on my 2 groom with my BENSON. She groomed him for 4 hours and didn't finish the groom, just doing his hind legs, the first groom was not completed also. When I picked up my BENSON after 4 hours he was unnecessarily muzzled. According to the groomers association a groomer cannot have a muzzle on any animal for more than 15 minutes not 4 hours. I have summited a complaint against this business and I will update you on my progress. Stay away from this neglectful groomer.
I had my cocker spaniel puppy named Benson groomed and she did a beautiful job with hand scissoring the ears, and legs. She is patient and nurturing with my BENSON. I'm definitely going to be a life long customer. Benson loves his haircut and he said: I love you petagree professional grooming
Very happy with Linda's work and work ethic. She really paid attention to the haircut I wanted and treated my dog with care. I will be definitely coming back. Some before/after photos.
Always a great experience. They really take time with my goldendoodle and don’t just shave him down because it’s easy. We come back time after time and the pricing is fair for Toronto.
This place is very disorganized and not a place I would trust with my dog. Upon arriving for my 11:30 appointment, I was told that my dog would need to wait another hour for her appointment since they were currently grooming several cats. While I understand that keeping a tight schedule with animals is extremely difficult, it was very poor planning to book me in the first place, if they knew, (as one of the groomers kept saying), that cats take longer to groom. Secondly, when I asked where my dog would be kept while she waited, the woman gestured to a cramped corner that was cold tile covered by a carpet that looked like an old brillo-pad. In my opinion, any business that believes it is okay to leave a large-sized dog shoved in a corner surrounded by loud noises with no comfortable place to lay down, is not a place that cares about animals, and therefore is not a business or people I would trust with my pet.
