Walked past this place while walking my dog and decided to book a grooming appointment. I’m happy I did because Iris did such a great job :) They are transparent about pricing and it was very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for his next groom.
When we were planning to get a puppy, we visited the place and the owner was so kind, he gave us a gift before we had Beacon. Today was my 9-month-old pup’s second grooming, and they were just as warm. Marie (groomer) was amazing with Beacon, and we even got free gifts and a discount. They’re very transparent with pricing, no hidden fees. Highly recommend. God bless!
Thank you Lana for doing such an amazing job with our puppy Hazel. Her hair cut was exactly how we asked. They took their time with her as she’s an anxious dog. I had a fantastic experience with our dog trainer Sen. He is super kind and helpful with the training process and even puts down class notes after each session and encourages videos and photos to be sent and evaluated by him. So far we have completed 5/6 sessions and the difference is night and day. I 100% recommend Paws at Fort York.
Paws at Fort York has been an amazing addition to the neighbourhood. Each person I have met that works there has been extremely incredible. My pup has already been for 3 grooms over the last few months and I have never been disappointed. I was nervous my dog would hesitate going back since our last experience elsewhere he would shake at the door and now I love that he literally runs right in with no trouble and best of all, no shaking. The groomers take your requests to heart and make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work before you leave which is amazing service and the feedback is extremely welcomed. My favourite small gesture is the fact that after his first groom he has always been greeted by name, by all employees and the groomer, which is so welcoming. I highly recommend Paws, everyone is experienced and the pups are happy!
First time taking my dog here. The staff were friendly and the haircut is exactly what I wanted. The groomer asked to ensure she Understood what I was looking for, and delivered. When I picked up my dog he seemed very happy and he even got a little treat and a cute tie. Will definitely continue using them.
Just a great all around experience. My pup, Nero is wary of new people and experiences until he trusts the company he’s in, and the grooming team made him feel comfortable right away. The staff has your pets best intentions in mind, so I appreciate the advice and insight they gave me during my time there. Excited to take Nero back in a few weeks. (Still shocked he let you put a bandana on him, as he doesn’t even let me dress him). Thanks again,
