The grooming itself was okay, but I was surprised by the price. I was told it would be $110–$120 for a medium dog, but after the service, I was charged $170. It would’ve been better if the final price was communicated upfront.
Amazing experience! Samantha was able to cut our extremely wild, strong and angry cat’s nails when no one else could (including 2 vets and another groomer). We are in awe of her knowledge and her abilities. The facility is great and the owner Tatiana is very professional and helpful. We will be going back for sure!
Tatiana was able to get my senior blind pup in last minute for a nail clipping. She was sooo gentle and paitent with him - you can tell she has a true love for dogs. Thank you so much <3
I took my little puppy here to do a minor grooming so she gets used to it. The experience was traumatic both for me and my puppy. I told them that its my as well as my puppy's first grooming experience hoping that they will guide me. They took my puppy and after a few minutes I heard her screaming. I asked if I should come to help, they said yes. The groomer wasn't gentle with the puppy. She just grabbed her face and start cutting, no treats, no calming words, nothing... I was there holding her and that was one of the big issues. Becauce my puppy wouldnt let me touch her for 2 or more weeks after this!!! There is a reason why groomers dont let you be around. I do not recommend this place.
100% would recommend and would definitely come back. My 6 month bichón puppy Cosmo was treated so well by Tatiana. Cosmo is an anxious puppy and doesn't like his paws or face being touched but Tatiana did such a great job, got rid of all the mats on his paws and around his nose. Cosmo was so comfortable and happy to be groomed. Thank you for the care and the love Tatiana!

I took my cat to have her claws cut and figured the groomer would be in for a fight. To my surprise she had the cat in position, no muzzle, and the job was done in less than 5 minutes. Spa is clean and tidy. Groomer is very pleasant. I will be taking my cat there in future.
