Fantastic service at this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked them to assist me in moving over a prescription, and everything was done in a day.

1clinic pharmacy is a class act! To say that the staff are courteous and professional would be a gross understatement. I've only been disappointed with their service once. They closed a couple minutes early one night, so I couldn't get get my prescription. To remedy the situation. They went above and beyond, and had it delivered to my residence the very next day free of charge. A Five star review does not do the dedicated staff at 1clinic enough justice. They deserve 10 out of five!!
Marvellous staff at this pharmacy! Kind, fast, and on-time, every time. Very, very accommodating, a true pillar of the community here. Cant get this experience at a Shoppers, this local business cant be beat.

별 한개도 아까워요. 절대 가지마세요. 입 안에 염증이 생겨 (뜨거운 거에 데임) 남자 약사와 상의 후 약을 받았습니다. 근데 아무 차도가 없고 오히려 붓길래 그제서야 설명서를 보니 “Avoid applying inside the mouth”라고 심지어 warning에 적혀있더군요. 전 그것도 모르고 하루동안 열심히 발랐어요. 환불을 받았지만 미안하다거나 잘못을 인정하는 말 한마디 안합니다. 다른 여성 약사분도 마찬가지로요. 다른 약국에 가서 제대로 된 약을 받으면서 이런 상황을 말했더니 그건 입 안에 바르면 안되는 약이라고 기겁을 하더라고요. 아무튼 다른 피해가 없길 바라면서 리뷰 씁니다. 리뷰가 도대체 왜 좋은지 모르겠네요.
Dr. Nasser is the kindest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I went in hoping to see a doctor at the walk-in clinic as I had extreme flu like symptoms but it was closed. I spoke to Dr. Nasser at the pharmacy and she was incredibly kind and sympathetic and dispensed an antiviral which reduced my fever and muscle aches within a couple doses.
