I usually visit my doctor here biweekly, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff, including the receptionists and doctors, are incredibly kind and caring. However, for the first time, I decided to get my prescription from their pharmacy, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The older gentleman at the pharmacy took my prescription paper, and when I asked a couple of simple questions, he responded with an unnecessary attitude. He even went as far as accusing me of hiding something, which was completely untrue I had just received my prescription from my doctor minutes before and had all the necessary paperwork. This experience was upsetting, especially considering the otherwise excellent service at this clinic. I hope the pharmacy staff can work on their professionalism and treat patients with the same respect and care as the rest of the team.
I have found the team to always be ready to help, with the pharmacists patiently taking the time to explain medications and answer questions. You are never made to feel like a number in a queue like at large chain pharmacies.
you wont find a better pharmacy in this entire city - zamir and his staff are a rare example and the exception when it comes to service - EVERYONE is treated equally abd with respect - zamirs prices are also very competitive - as somrone who had to visit frequently due to addiction, while also struggling emotiondlly, zamir and his team were here for me like no other place has been- ive seen zamir go way above and beyond to resolve issues quickly - dont take advantage of him or take him for granted - treat the staff with respect, be patient occasoonally when thwy are super busy trusy me, they truly want to get you your stuff as fast as possible Zamir, if you read this , thank you- for real you truly are the best in toronto i went somewhefe else ro avoid seeing sime people who go there, not because anything was wrong

First off I come all the way from Pickering to see the people at this pharmacy and support them. They've been around for 51 years! So you know they're doing something right.I have been coming here for over 4 years now. Samir has become such a familiar face to me because consistency is one of the most important values for a pharmacy. Not only do they work fast and with short notice at times, but on occasion they have even delivered when it was most needed. I think good businesses find ways to show their customers that they're appreciated... I walked in today and there was a double espresso waiting for me. They understand how to deal with people from any income level and treat everyone with the upmost respect. I will keep coming from Pickering to see these guys once a month because there's no other pharmacy like this. Ten stars for me. Also they have renovated recently.
