Very limited selection of prescription medicines. Wanted to give me a substitute medicine, after wanting me to ask my doctor for an amended prescription. I said I don't think so and left....Crazy prices on their candy bars...
The team were fantastic! I needed a compounded cream to be made up fast. As luck would have it the components were there. They went out of their way to be helpful and it was made up the same afternoon! PS: the cream is marvellous!
I have been attending this pharmacy at the clinic attached to Michael Garron Hospital for sometime and have found the staff always very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Excellence customer service. Very fast, efficient and helpful in walking you through the compound prescription process. Quick in returning texts and emails. Very polite, great listening skills . I worked in customer service for years at top corporations so excellence is something l recognize and they definitely provide it.
Our family cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy & team. In a very medically overwhelming time for us, with a new baby, they went above and beyond to support us and help us to stay on top of frequent time sensitive refills, customized our medications and equipment to fit our sons specific needs, navigate various funding support, and to order supplies they did not carry but figured out how to for consistency with our sickkids team - all to make our lives a little bit easier. There is no better pharmaceutical team in Toronto.
Went to this Pharmasave for my second dose today. Was very happy to get another AZ, as I don’t want to mix. I have been on several lists for quite some time. Both check-in and the vaccine administration were painless and efficient. 15 minutes and you’re done. The onsite pharmacist here is a lovely gentleman. Thanks guys!!!! :)
The staff were great. The pharmacist was caring and took his time to explain and made me feel like a person!!! Not just a number. Wonderful. I did not even feel the needle and enjoyed a free cup of coffee after. Surprisingly positive experience. Maybe we are all learning to be more humane. These people certainly were.
