This place used to be the best, now they are Not professional I need to call them several times to get my prescription medications, yet they cancel last minute because they ran out of it and need to order. Or it’s simply not ready and I need to wait for half an hour while they count the pills! I would not criticize if it was only a one time thing. They need to improve themselves. I hope they do.
This place was great when Mina was here. Now it's terrible. Shelves are barren and disorganized when they used to be full with variety, employees often don't know what they're doing and they don't call me when they say they will call. Their debit machine is not working and they had no explanation for why my prescription was not filled and why they didn't call me to say there was a problem. They drop the ball all the time now. No diligence in a healthcare setting is not a pharmacy you want to be at.
Every time I have come here there has been some issue. Prescription not filled correctly, not filled on time, medication not in stock… it’s a mess. Shelves with products are messy. Price tags are inflated for over the counter stuff. Staff is confused and often can’t work their system. Avoid.
After arriving at my local Pharmacy, Danforth Central, my favourite Pharmacy Manager, Hema, serves me with efficient speed as I wait a few minutes for a Prescription Refill. She and her Staff are professional and the wait time is short. This Pharmacy is my GO TO as a Senior.
Small neighborhood pharmacy that has a walk in clinic on the same floor. Very convenient location for those living close to Greenwood and Danforth. Staff is excellent. They provide better customer service than the large drugstore chains. Delivery service available. Update 01/01/24 This pharmacy has had a ownership change and has last a Star in my review. It has taken time for them to become efficient in customer service. ☆☆☆☆
Great people work here. They build a friendly rapport with every person they serve. After experiencing appalling service at shoppers drug mart I was stunned at how fast I got my prescription here. Not just that, my senior mom always mentions that someone delivers her medication to her since she lives so close by, which is the sweetest thing ever, and I thank you.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of them called my insurance company and helped me sort out my insurance issues so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Would recommend.
