They are very unfair, both the business owner and her employee, they took many parts of my cell phone when they were supposed to fix it and they didn't think I would understand because the phone wouldn't turn on, but I opened the phone and many parts were missing.
I purchased charger and cables that were marketed as Apple-compatible, but they turned out to be counterfeit and of very poor quality. The items didn’t work properly, and it was clear they weren’t made with the same standards as real Apple products. It is troubling that they are using the apply name to deceive Buyers and manipulate reviews. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller, as they are clearly taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.
Bad quality and overpriced accessories like phone cases and screen protectors. I bought 1 screen protector for about $20. After I bought it, I noticed how small it looked on my phone and noticed that they just put a random screen protector on not ment for my phone even though I told him what phone I had.
I not recommend this place ,my battery work well and was in 90% live and when this guys bring me back my battery was in 75% and turning off every 2 minutes.I really trust in this store for change the screen of my phone but now my battery not work and I can’t use my phone anymore.I paid 90 dollars and now I don’t have my phone.Really sad please fix your phone in other place

Had the charging port (or whatever you call it) replaced on my Nexis 5 phone. It has been “loose” for months now, with the charging cable falling out if the phone wasn’t sitting “just right” while charging.... Well, I put up with this for months, and finally just stopped by Cellrox.... Well, I don’t know why I waited so long; in about an hour, the part arrived, and an hour later, I had my phone back....and it’s fixed!
