The charged me for a repair they did not complete. I brought my Lenovo laptop in because it was not turning on or charging. I was told that the issue was with the motherboard and that the repair would be $250. When I picked it up, the guy showed me that it worked and w charging. However, when I came home, it became apparent that they had not fixed the charging issue as the battery would not hold a charge. I inquired about the repair warranty as they had failed to finish the repair by neglecting to mention that the laptop would effectively only function as a desktop going forward. I was told I could pay them more to for them to completev the repair. At this point, I have asked for a refund which has returned no response. I will update this review if they choose to honor their original commitment or process a refund.
I got a TV box from Tabish in February. As soon as I got home, I realized it was defective and had to return the same day to get a replacement. He gave me another used box, but it had the same issue—the screen would freeze after a few hours of use. When I went back to him again, he said he'd let me know once he had new boxes available to exchange it. I didn’t hear back for a month. When I followed up, he said he was out of town and would connect with me once he returned. In April, he gave me another box. It worked for a day, then started having Wi-Fi issues. I went back again and got yet another used box. Now, this current box doesn’t turn on with the remote after being turned off. I have to manually unplug and replug the wires just to get it to work. Sometimes the remote works, sometimes it doesn't. At this point, I’m exhausted with the repeated problems and lack of resolution, so I’m sharing this publicly to let others know about my experience.
