I recently visited this establishment with the intention of purchasing a glass protector for my phone. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The owner, whom I interacted with, displayed a level of rudeness that was quite unprecedented in my experiences in Canada. Despite my simple request to view a variety of options, I was flatly denied any opportunity to explore other varieties. This lack of customer service and basic courtesy was both disappointing and surprising. Therefore, I am compelled to share my experience to inform potential future customers of the service they might expect here.
Friendly, quick and excellent service! Got the phones back same day and he made sure everything was working before I left. Even fixed the camera on my iPhone XR when it wasn't working after a screen repair. Will definitely be getting my phones fixed here from now on!
