Went in with a projector that I was trying to connect to my phone. They sorted me out in no time. They really know their stuff and are patient and friendly. They gave me information and options to choose from. Wonderfully professional. I cannot recommend enough.

Great customer service. Wish i had more than 5 star. They repaired my phone in 15 mins and the best price in whole parkdale. The guys are really sweet and always nice. Even offered a coffee while waiting.
I’m so glad we have Wireless 4u in our community. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful—so welcoming, honest, and genuinely caring about their customers. You don’t always get that kind of service these days, but here it really feels like they go out of their way to treat you like family. I brought in my phone thinking it was going to be a huge problem, but they looked at it right away, explained everything in simple terms, and had it fixed so quickly. The price was very fair, and I left feeling relieved and grateful. What stood out the most to me was how much pride the owner and staff take in their work. They are patient, kind, and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they really want to help people, not just make a sale. On top of repairs, they have a nice selection of electronics and accessories, which makes it so convenient. Great place, bought new phone and laptop. They have lot of options to choose from. Best customer service in city. Very friendly staff. I went back a week later and bought a TV antenna. They are certainly more than just phones. I highly recommend this place! ✌️
I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars! Amazing service and very fair pricing! Went to 2 other places before discovering them. The others quoted me off-the-wall prices to replace the motherboard (and that is lose all my data), that it would have cost almost as much as a new phone, and told me mine was toast, the motherboard had given up the ghost, no way to repair a motherboard etc. One even held my phone for over 2 weeks as I waited for the battery to arrive, meanwhile it was there all along, they just forgot to enter it into inventory. While the gents at Wireless 4 U had my phone a few days, they called back when promised, repaired my motherboard (without needing to send it away for a few weeks) for a very reasonable fee, and MY PHONE WORKS AGAIN! I'm so grateful, as I had important info on here, as well as photos of my parents, both of whom passed away recently, so this fix was a big deal for me. I don’t normally don’t write reviews, yet this had to be said. I bought 2 items from this store and unfortunately they both didn’t work. I tried to return them, but I didn’t have a “receipt”… they don’t give out receipts. They give out a piece you can get quite literally get anywhere with the writing of the price, not even including the item you bought (you also have to ask for the writing). I find that really suspicious, as well they don’t offer exchanges, refunds, nor returns. This place is a fraudulent company. Please take your business somewhere else so this doesn’t happen to you. If you do decide to get there pay cash, they take your info with the payment terminal!! Please beware!
