The service at this store is very poor, and the delivery service is also not good. Some of the older staff members have a very rude attitude and don’t know how to treat customers or their coworkers. I personally saw Aalam being extremely rude to a girl who was working hard and doing her job very efficiently. Management really needs to look into this and take action. This kind of behavior is not acceptable.
recently visited 241 pizza in parliament and had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch.
Was there an hour and a half before they close on Friday Aug. 12th. She told me I couldn't order anything from the menu and had to buy the pizza in the display case because she's winding down. I walked out.
Spent $45 on skip the dishes, only to be confronted by a really rude delivery driver. My God that man is rude. Best of luck to the owner of that pizza store with that guy as a front line staff. First and last order at that location. Wish I could have recorded that interaction. Order#200482794 sept 11,2020.
Unfortunately after ordering via skip the dishes my order never arrived and after calling I was handled by extremely rude and unruly customer service agent. Eventually my pizza arrived 2 hours late and cold.. painful is an understatement of my experience with 241 pizza
Got here at 1155 pm, guy told me we are closed. I asked him what time he closed he said 1200 am but he said he already cleaned up so too bad. Yep first and last time at this amazing place of businesss.....
Went here tonight, ordered a veg slice. It was heated for 10 seconds and got it in a bag. I was told they are cleaning soon. I had 2 bites and threw it out. They close at 12:00, I got there at 11:15. Won't be back anytime soon. Used to be descent....
