It is 8:00 p.m. on a Thursday night went in to grab a couple of slices. The place was filthy and both of the employees were basically standing around doing nothing... They had zero vegetarian options available for pizza. No cheese, no vegetarian... This location is also the most expensive two-for-one location out of every single one in Toronto and has probably the lowest quality ingredients out of all of them. Tried today to come here because I was hoping for more professional staff members than the Havelock location, but sadly it seems like unprofessionalism is quality you guys look for when hiring.
My pizza was so raw it was disgusting!They literally do not answer the phone at all!!! I called so many times and not a single answer..... lost a customer and will lose more as I tell others
Honestly this pizza is really good when they dont have to follow any type of special orders or instructions, I have ordered for this (st clair an Lansdowne) location so much an its ALWAYS disappointing when I ask for custom options. But if you walk in an pick up an slice, you will not be disappointed
Really bad pizzas they should hire people with experience just ordered 2 pizzas believe it or not there was no sauce only cheese and pepperoni, they need to pay more attention to their work
First ever order from this chain, probably the last. I ordered two Detroit-style pizzas with fries and a 2 liter. Everything was super fresh, which is why I gave this a 2 star and not a 1. Unfortunately, both pizzas were mostly dough with very, VERY little sauce, almost no cheese and little pepperoni. I called back to get a refund but they told me I had to give two intact pizzas back in order to get one. First time I've ever heard of this especially with food hahahaha. I had to opt for the other option which was to have new pizzas made. Even though they still told me I needed to give the pizzas I had back. I don't know, kind of crazy. (Each was missing a couple slices.) But hey, at least the food was fresh and hot!
Great quality of pizza always satisfied..!!! Great service and polite.Would recommend anyone to order from here..there new apple pie it the best..!!!!!
0 stars should be an option. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Pizza has hair on it.. Comes not cooked as it is supposed to be, not even cut! Customer service hangs up on me. I've given chance after chance. I am DONE. Never again will I be going to this pizza place. NOT 1 FRANCHISE! They have been put on the pizza black list. *edit* I got my refund 30 minutes later than they PROMISED! I refused to return the pizza as they took an hour to even deal with the situation. As I proceeded to walk away from her car (yes I walked to her car for being so late) I got called cheap. I havent HATED a company so much in my life.
