I ordered five different large pizzas from Liberty Pizzeria, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! ALL of the pizzas were delicious and they’re able to make some vegan which is a huge plus. They accommodated the delivery time we needed it for and were exactly on time. The communication and set up was smooth and easy. Everyone loved the pizza and kept asking where it’s from and if we can order from here again. The pizzas were devoured before I was able to take a picture. Big big thank you to the team, keep up the fantastic work!
If you live downtown Toronto and like artisan restaurants, then you must try this pizza. Amer the owner is really passionate about pizza and he goes out of his way to impress his customers. Expect a delicious pizza with unexpected flavors that blend so well! Highly recommended to all pizza lovers.
Delicious pizza, but skip the dairy-free cheese! I have had their no cheese marinara pizza and it was delicious, (even with no cheese), the sauce is top quality and the fresh basil with olive oil drizzle is perfect. The curst is also amazing. I opted to try their Margherita pizza with sub for vegan cheese (substitute at no extra cost) after reading reviews that it seemed they made their own cheese and it wasn't daiya. Unfortunately although that may have been the case previously- I am pretty sure my vegan cheese was daiya as I didn't find it melty or taste great. Hope to help someone else who is considering vegan cheese to just say no. I would like to suggest they add goat cheese as a menu option.
I truly enjoyed the pizza from here! The crust was perfect and the sauce base for the pizzas were delicious. Spicy vodka pep and funghi were my favourites. Their vodka sauce is some of the best I’ve had. And they had the friendliest staff. Give this place a try!
I've tried their pizzas a few times. Their 1 slice + pop deal has cheese pizza and pepperoni options. I tried the pepperoni slice and really liked the crust and fresh flavour. It tasted light and non-greasy which I appreciated. Besides the slice deal, I tried their sausage & pepperoni medium size pizza and that tasted great too. This is a great addition to the neighbourhood and recommended for good quality pizza.
I saw someone post this place on Instagram and looked pretty good but looks are deceiving. The dough is light but everything else is kind of bland. The tomato sauce is just sweet and the cheese isn't very good and the pepperonis were tasteless The lack of pepperoni too It's a pretty mid-pie for 25 bucks This place is a one and done 6/10
Excellent pizza, amazing toppings and ingredients. Crust is crispy and airy, loved it. The guy is alone running the place and making fire pizzas, he should get a raise!! Picture doesn’t make justice to the pizza
