I had a wonderful experience at Maestro’s Pizza. The place is always clean, welcoming, and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff are very polite, hardworking, and always make sure customers are happy. The pizza is fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients — you can really taste the difference.
THAT…was likely one of the worst pizzas I’ve had here in Toronto. The crust seemed bland and stale, the sauce was tasteless, there was 4 little pieces of bacon. We made the mistake of ordering the medium as it was just the two of us. The bill was +$30 and we first received the wrong order but a few minutes later when everything was good and cold, we finally got our pizza. I am pretty sure this was a frozen pizza…. Super disappointing.
TGTG Customer: They used to give 2 slices per bag which was already undervalued (supposed to be $18 value but was actually $12). I went the other day and they now have changed it to ONE PIZZA SLICE, A DIP, AND A DRINK. They pretty much just made TGTG their “special” since they’ve now reduced the value to $9.25 ($6 for the slice, $1.25 for the dip, and $2 for the drink). It’s a shame that you guys implemented this change. This used to be my go to spot but leaving paying for $9 of food when it was supposed to be $18 worth seems like you guys just kinda forgot the whole point of the app. It’s to reduce food waste…. a can of coke isn’t that perishable in comparison to the cheese slice in the window that looks like it’s five minutes away from being completely dehydrated The worst part about this visit though was the pizza. Seems extremely dry this time around. You would expect that when put into an air fryer that some moisture (LITERALLY ANYTHING) would be added back but nope, it was as dry as it looked when I picked it up. The kicker is that this was the most appealing looking out of all of the slices available. Edit: The value is $8.50 when it’s supposed to be $18. They do a drink + slice combo for $7.25 and a dip is $1.25 extra Two words: Do better. 1/10 stars on this one
I just wanted to write a review for Maestros Pizza. We ordered delivery for my son's 2nd birthday over the weekend. We had a ton of Family over, some with gluten and other allergies. Everyone loved it! Maestros is my go-to when we have family parties because the kids love it! I was worried I had over ordered but everything was devoured. I also wanted to give a shout out to their delivery person. They told me, their vehicle broke but he made the effort to bring the order to us in an Uber. He was very apologetic which was totally unnecessary- I've had other restaurants cancel the order in such cases. Anyways, just wanted to write a quick review because we will definitely continue to order from Maestros!
Very Bad pizza, absolutely horrible chicken wings(freezer burnt) Salad not made and not ready for pick up. We ordered from the Queen Street East Toronto location and we're very very disappointed in this pizza experience. There was an Instagram post recently showcasing a very delicious looking Detroit style pizza that made me curious to try maestros. What we were served was nothing like what was shown and was barely cooked with no golden crispy edges on the dough. The pizza was heavy and doughy. We ordered chicken wings and they were inedible. They tasted like a freezer and went straight in the garbage. We also found no email address for the business to voice our complaint. Mark Leslieville
We doing a construction project down the street and since we found this place we come every day… great pizza, great service and great value!! For $8 you get a huge slice and pop I’m going to miss this place when we finish our project and move elsewhere
