I’m not one to harp on customer experience but if you’re a pizza restaurant in 2025; accept orders over the phone. Pi Co is the only one that seems to go via digital only - which sucks because it means you have to pay more through an app and not get in-store pricing or have to walk down and not be able to pick up your order because the app isn’t working. Great food. Good service. Just wish they’d be more open to making the customer experience easy? Not everyone uses apps to order pizza. And every pizza place uses phones.
I’ve always loved this location for my pizza fix, especially the dough — chewy, soft and easy to bite. But my recent Halloween visit made me wonder… does the buy-one-get-one-free deal mean the quality drops? That night, the dough was tough, and it was clear that the girl making the pizza didn’t really know what she was doing. The two pizzas I got were just disappointing — see the photo. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. I was sitting in the store and ordered online, then waited about 20–25 minutes, only to find the pizzas had been ready about 5 minutes after I ordered. I know I could’ve asked the staff, but they could have easily checked and updated me too, all they needed to do was check in with me, and I wouldn’t have had to wait that long, plus the pizzas wouldn’t have started to get cold. There were only 2–3 customers in the store at the time, it wasn’t that busy, so they had plenty of time to assist. After this experience, I think I’ll switch to a different branch.
Had never been to this location before although I’ve been to many of this chains restaurants elsewhere across the GTA. Always found the pizza is good at PiCo and this visit was no exception. Decided to have something new today and tried their Adelaide pizza. For a while now I’ve had this new kick for white pizzas. Thoroughly enjoyed this and would recommend it without a doubt in my mind. Service at this location was exceptional, this locations clean, and even the washroom was clean, which is unusual for most of these types of restaurants. I recommend this location wholeheartedly. And try the Adelaide. You won’t be disappointed.
This is our go to location of PiCo for takeaway. The salads from PiCo are the best! Generous portions and always fresh. The staff are always kind and efficient. I went this weekend to pick up pizzas and there was only one staff working. Even though she was super busy, she was kind and considerate and kept on providing awesome food in a calm and friendly manner - thank you!
Best Pi Co in town, their gluten free pizza is superb, soft dough, flexible and fresh and tasty ingredients. I asked the hosts which were very kind and welcoming to make me a gluten free pizza ai funghi with goat cheese topped with pesto dressing, I enjoyed every bite. Thank you Sandy
0 stars for this specific location. I made an online order but it defaulted to this location even though we're not close by. I placed the order and noticed within 10 seconds it was sent to the wrong location. I tried calling for 20 minutes to cancel the order. Each time it was sent to an automated message. Our order ended up being picked up, but not by us. No other locations could help and only wasted my time telling me they couldn't help. The staff must not check if they're giving away the right order to the right person. I hope whoever picked up our pizza enjoyed their lunch, courtesy of your staff members.
Terrible pizza. Paper thin, cold the moment I received it and I wanted only extra pepperoni with cheese. I asked for extra, they only put 5 pieces. It's $17+ for a cold, thin, with bare minimal toppings. Edited: I was partially refunded with a coupon. I have yet to use it, but thanks for the jester
