Supposed to order online with one medium pizza and redeem pts of a pasta, by mistake the online order showed 2 pastas. Called the store, she said she canceled and replaced for me. Thought everything was settled by store but at the end double charged on credit card and refuse to refund. She said because I got a free pasts but the fact is my pasta was redeemed my own points. Called few times but no settlement. Very bad customer service. We used to order frequently and too bad - not any more.
Harisha gave amazing service, helped me pick the perfect pizza, explained all the offers clearly. The pizza was fresh, tasty and made the visit special.
Prefect sot for a late Friday night meal. Harisha was incredibly kind and helpful, she took the time to walk us through the best deals and make sure everything was just right. The food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot.
Decided to get a my box for lunch today. The guy at the counter was super friendly and everything was easy to get. I waited about 20 minutes, which I feel is a little long for a personal pizza and 5 nuggets. The pizza was good, cooked well with plenty of toppings, but the "boneless wings" were a disgrace. I ordered hot n honey and only got honey on the wings and they were barely covered with any sauce! They are also tiny. Put some more effort in and this could easily be 5 stars. Also no washroom which stinks.
My family and I have been coming to this location for about 2 years now! Great food, amazing staff. Very kind and respectful person at the counter harisha so I'm not sure what the negative comments are about. This place will forever be my favourite.
I recently visited this pizza shop and had the pleasure of tasting a pizza made by Harisha. The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside and soft inside. The toppings were fresh and full of flavor, and the cheese melted beautifully. Harisha clearly puts care and passion into every pizza, and it really shows in the taste. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Why are the pizzas get so much smaller than the boxes now? There’s inch of space in all sides. Toppings a little sparse too. Taste was good though, but a buttered crust will do that.
