I just want to say a big thank you to the team at Pizza Nova 714 Queen E. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and kindness that instantly makes you feel welcome. The staff here are not only professional, but truly lovely people. They are patient, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. As for the food, absolutely amazing. The pizza comes out fresh, hot, and full of flavor every single time. The crust is baked to perfection, the sauce is rich and tasty, and the cheese is always melty and delicious.Every bite feels like comfort food done right. Even the little details, from the freshness of the toppings to the way everything is presented, show how much care goes into what they serve. What makes this location stand out even more is the atmosphere the team creates. They treat customers with so much kindness and respect, and you can really feel that they care. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people are this consistently amazing, but this Pizza Nova has it all.? Thank you to the entire team for making every visit such a positive experience—you are truly the reason I’ll always keep coming back. The makeover for Pizza Nova was done with perfect flavourful choices. From the pizza sauce to roasted garlic topping. You'd wonder why this wasn't a topping on all pizzas? The Italian sandwiches are yummy and the chicken Polina is great and made perfect. Even the fussiest critics would agree. Just try it. You'll see.
The absolute worst Pizza Nova in the city… delivery or pickup it’s a nightmare. Horrible attitudes and extremely hostile / rude employees. The food is just as bad, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!
I’m so puzzled by the bad reviews. I’ve been here probably close to 20 times and have had great pizza and even better service every single time. Staff is so kind and sweet, pizza’s always been fresh and they keep it really clean. Of the three pizza places within a hundred meters, this one is my favourite by far.
KINDNESS at Queen & Broadview, May 29, 2023: Female staff member showed true empathy to one of the neighbourhood's less fortunate. The staff member wasn't patronizing, didn't call attention to her own charity or even say very much. She treated this person not only like a valued customer, but also as a human being. ...And that says a lot given the level of entitlement in this neighbourhood. Thank you to this Pizza Nova staff member for reminding us what real kindness and respect looks like.
Find out who owns the store before you order, pizza nova is suppose to be an Italian experience, it was not! Food taste like it was from a different country. Not sure what restaurant it was, but in future I’ll be asking more questions. Rice balls were the size of a loonie and did not taste like a rice ball atall. If this is what’s happening to pizza nova, goodbye.
2022 The lady that was helping me was very kind! She put all the seasoning that I wanted and she even drizzled hot honey for me and made my slice extra special! Thank you! Excellent service! 2023 Not only do they have the freshest slices but they also have a great selection to choose from! I couldn't decide on what was in the window and they came out with 4 different pies fresh from the oven. They would put out a few slices of each, so there were fresh slices across their selection. I thoroughly loved how well they maintained this as well as the great energy the staff had!! Thank you!!!
