Ordered a large 2x pepperoni for pick up. Brought it back to the hotel and opened the box. The worst excuse for a pizza I have ever seen and tasted. It was way undercooked! Cheese was just melted enough that it looked like wax and the pepperoni was raw. Had no crunch to it. I swear it was cooked in the microwave. Just horrible
Pizza looked like raw meat ,plus the girl at the counter don't even Smell...looks like she needs a rise from work...I WILL NVR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN
I use to go to pizza pizza, until one day decided to try Pizza Nova and I never went back. The service is great the food is great, the staffs are friendly. Us a customer I'm so happy.

Very poor customer service from door step. You see guys playing or watching something on their phones. No hi or how are you… asked for 3 slices was served for here not too go. Simple question would help. Olive oil was hidden from the front - had to ask for it. 2 of 3 slices did not taste well, very hard edge and slices were overcooked. Say thank you when leaving with no answer… I expected that spending 5-6 minutes there while waiting for the order.
Place is a little dirty at night time (no one cleaning the lobby?) but the pizza is still delicious. One of my faves over the other chains, hands down. Thanks
I came here to eat a large pizza with a few friends after having a fasted biking session for almost 3 hours. You can imagine how hungry I was. I would have been fine with any food in that state. I ordered the deluxe pizza if I remember correctly. After the first bite, I kept thinking to myself that has got to be the blandest pizza I ever tasted. While the ingredients seemed ok, there was literally no taste. I was amazed how a pizza could taste this bland. I actually would have given a higher score if the pizza was salty, or spicy or even sweet. It was as bland as a slice of wonder bread. I have gotten pizza from this place a few times and every time the pizza was bland. The pizzas themselves are also not that cheap so overall I definitely do not recommend this place and I will not go there. Make yourself a fried egg instead of going here. Cheaper and tastier.
