I ordered a party size pizza, it was done right on time, the service was phenomenal the 2 people working there were kind and friendly. Pizza turned out great, everyone loved it. I truly recommend
Dear Pizza Nova, We tasted the difference and it tasted like sadness. This past Saturday October 29th, 2023 we received by far the most disappointing and unappetizing pizza ever. We order from your 280 Viewmount Ave location in Toronto frequently and on Oct. 29th we ordered a Hawaiian and Portibellisimo, size medium, regular crust, for delivery. Place at 4:33pm. When we recieved our pizza it was 5:30 and our pies were cold. The receipt lists the time as 5:09 pm, and the location is a 4 minute drive away from the delivery destination. Not only were our pizzas cold, they were also over cooked and very very thin. If I had ordered thin-crust this may not have been an issue, but alas, that was not the case. We've ordered from Pizza Nova for years and have noticed the quality has been steadily going downhill. The only pizza worth ordering is the Deluxe, and the last one we had was still on the thin and over-cooked side. This last order being not up to standards, including the Pizza Nova Puro Promise: I am therefore requesting a refund of my order. They had a deal for 2 medium pizzas with 3 toppings and fries and 6 can of drink for $35.99, went there to order and they wanted to charge $61.99 because i added chicken they want to charge me $26 extra, and the guy at the front hes like take it or leave it and turned away from me and started helping other customers. No dine-in or washrooms
I had preordered my pizzas online and it was ready within 20 minutes it was so fast, I tried the thin gluten free multigrain, and the charcoal dough pizza with cheese, pepperoni and olives, and they were both delicious? but the charcoal is my new favorite? I hope they can sell these as larger sizes so we can get bigger pizzas next time! Definitely will be back✨

I bought a slice of Canadian pizza for take out. I had to wait about 15 minutes before the staff took my order, and another 5 minutes for them to heat up the pizza. While I was waiting, the staff were shouting angrily at each other and they were also rude to me. The pizza tasted good and the price was reasonable (about $5-6 for a slice) but I would go elsewhere for better service and lower wait times.
Horrible service. I called for my order. I ordered ahead. I expected it to be ready in about 30 minutes at the restaurant. They didn't have it ready for me. I kept saying that my pizza was already ordered, but they misunderstood me. I had to wait in the restaurant for 30 more minutes while they made me my pizza, which I should have picked up. I entered the restaurant, no pizza was ready for me. It was just one simple phone call. It should have been ready to pickup at the restaurant. Instead, they forgot about me. They treated me like chopped liver. They kept treating me like dirt. Whatever happened to treat people the way you want to be treated? Do I look invisible to you? I am disgusted. I am appalled. I am flabbergasted. Do not go here! Manager, you need to give your employees some training! This is the last time I am ordering from this location! Better yet, get this restaurant under new management! I'm never coming here again!
