Pizza wasn't that good. They said it would take 30 min but took over 80! Staff was working hard but manager was rude and unprofessional. Won't be back.

This place cannot figure out how to work a simple pos system. Twice I have been here for a simple pick up and they have “lost my order”. No reason or compensation. The. Worst.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They have pet birds in a cage where they make the food, the guy making the pizza I watched him touch his face, his phone and was touching MONEY and went back to making pizza without ever changing his gloves or washing his hands!!!! DISGUSTING!!!?

A mistake was made with the toppings and instead of trying to solve the problem the staff member was quick to blame myself. At no point was there any sort of effort to try and fix the problem…just lay blame. A quick discussion as to how to fix the issue would have been the right customer service thing to do.

Pizza Nova is our pizza chain place to go. They know to cook, do that fast and do not compromise on quality. This particular location has friendly and quick staff. We are always glad to be there.

This place is amazing. Great food, fast, fresh and very good ingredients. While it is a chain, I'm very impressed with the atmosphere and great food. I recommend these guy for a quick slice of a family pizza night. I was in a pinch and needed 6 party sized pizzas fast. They were made and ready in 40 min. They were really busy and they made it all happen with a smile. Great experience.

Be Aware - This is by far the highest quality Pizza Nova in the South West End of Toronto, so... It will be extremely busy with pick up orders - Weekend nights give them an extra 10-15 minutes if you don't like waiting.
