Been coming here for years, always quality pizza with no shortage of toppings. They use quality ingredients. Yesterday I came in for a couple walk-in specials and was promptly greeted by Ali. I was checking out the slices and commented that "the veggie slices look amazing". So he bought me one. Talk about great customer service. This was so random - thank you Ali. Thoroughly enjoyed all the pizza as I always do. Kudos? to your staff there - always kind, friendly, respectful service. See you again soon.
They may teach them how to talk polite on phone with people who spend money in return except a good healthy food and nice people to serve them when that happen you left a nice tip and you happy not a rude people talking to you buddy I don't ask you for a free stuff I'm paying I wish if I could put lower than a star
I feel played. I was charged $4.25 service charge and delivery guy said it was a service charge. So I guess he was doubled tipped. Last time I order from them.
Worst experience. Rotten store. Delivers to 5 minute distance location after 2 hours. Lies repeatedly when called about order status, then delivers once I'm gone from home. Cold pizza was more disgusting than the usual cold pizza. Worst was the unprofessional cheap lying on the phone and refusal to reimburse for non delivery. Disgusting. Paid a whole lot for delivery and vilest Doordash experience ever. Don't order from these liars who can't make a pizza.
Free parking on the side of the building, a few tables and seats inside, great pizza, pizza has forever been great here throughout recent years and then some, friendly staff.
I repeatedly order multiple pizzas from this Pizza Nova for college events. I also spoke with the owners in the store. Very kind people. Willing to work with me and special dietary restrictions. Orders always arrived well in advance. Courteous delivery people. A pleasure to work with.
the oizza is good they have different options to choose from and have gluten free pizza. there are fast and uts always fresh. staff are friendly and nice to deal with
