I’m so grateful for Chi and Crystal who helped me when I fainted in front of their store yesterday. They offered me a chair to sit, some water and let me stay until I felt better. They were truly god sent and went out of their way. I do not know what I would have done if they weren’t there. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The store was spotless. I would definitely drop by to grab a slice.
I must say, my personal favorites at Pizza Nova's St. Joseph and Bay location are the Super Hawaiian, Meat Supreme, and Chicken Florentine pizzas. These choices never disappoint! Additionally, the service is fantastic - lightning-fast with an incredibly friendly staff. The washrooms are consistently clean, and the spaciousness of the store adds to the overall comfort. For an exceptional experience, I highly recommend trying out these delicious pizzas. This store, with its outstanding service and inviting atmosphere, unquestionably deserves a 5-star rating
Pizza Nova is great for their $9.99 large one topping (pepperoni) pizza special! The pizza is consistent, edible and reheats well the next day. You can pass on the chicken wings. They're mostly fat which makes the sauce not stick to the meat. Staff is efficient and kind. Decor of the establishment is consistent with other Pizza Nova chain restaurants.
This was one of the largest Pizza Nova’s I have ever been too! Absolutely loved the experience. I took my son for a slice and they totally catered to his needs along with my food allergies. They made my son feel so special and like family. I never write reviews normally… but credit was definitely due for this amazing team! Awesome location too!
Great friendly staff Sorry I have to tell the truth. Always great service Pizza, lasagna comes with garlic bread, favourite exceptional. They also have beer awesome. I believe they are the FIRST #1 Location to have beer ! We asked if they do not have a problem with you bringing in a Slurpee from 7-Eleven conveniently on the other side of the street.On a hot day. Cashier replied why not it’s a hot day, because my friend had started work at 5 AM hot sun all day got home and was thirsty with all that smog stay hydrated.P.S. always asked for extra sauce for lasagna. Well done if you’d like it. Love it enjoy !
Great place too have a slice of pizza but someone sitting behind me with just a cellphone that was not even eating any pizza made me terribly uncomfortable.
I eat lunch here a few times a week. I usually get a slice of pepperoni and a pop but on this particular day I thought of trying something new. A bought a Romana slice but accidently accidental dropped it on my way walking back to work. I came back in to purchase another but when I told them what happened the guy at the counter happily gave me another for no charge. Great service and a friendly gesture.
