They keep deleting my review. Fri night i ordered a pizza and i asked for well done.. the chef didnt even cook the pizza , he broiled it and that was it. The crust was paper thin & i didn't even ask for thin crust. Even if i did , this was way too thin. The pizza arrived like this. It was not the delivery drivers fault it was the stores fault. Everything was cold & raw on the pizza. Whoever was working friday night after 11 pm should seriously be retrained because its disgusting that they think its okay to send somebodys order out like this.
I like this place. I've ordered delivery from here many times over the years, and can't ever remember them screwing up an order or delivering a bad pizza. Same with pick up orders, never a bad experience with them. The staff are always friendly and polite in my experience, and delivery is quick too. Hard to go wrong ordering from this place.
Ordered a pizza through door dash but immediately went to cancel it. Door dash normally handles the cancelation, but they say pizza nova handles their own deliveries so you cant cancel through the app and they refer you to the store. I call the store they tell me they cant cancel it and to do it through the app. I explain the app tells me to talk to them. they say there is nothing they can do. They never even sent the pizza. This is an ungodly level of poor service. This is a colossally poorly run system. I will never go to any pizza nova ever again.
Years ago, I paid for a pizza and I was waiting for them to make the pizza I seen a driver walk into where the pizzas were being made, the driver shoved his pinky up his nose and then grab the cheese from the container where the cook was making the pizza. I got up and immediately asked for my money back. There was obviously no issues refunding my money because the cook seen what I seen. Since I haven't gone in years I decided to give them a second chance. Guess what, nothing has changed. Again I asked for a refund and haven't been back since and won't go back ever again!! Now I've been going to Pizza Pizza ever since.
I'm a person who loves pizza nova so much, so when I can I find the closest place where I could get some pizza nova i go there. So when I entered this location I had plan to have my eyes set on the pizza but my eyes were set on something else the cleanliness and the taste the taste was not like other pizza nova's it was just better. I highly recommend
I order pizza Nova a lot. I normally go to the one on Jane and Trethewey, but these people are uncivilized. I had the same problem that I have with the jane location. I normally order my stuff online and then pick it up, but for some reason, it's never ready on time. i still have to wait 10 to 15 mins. At least at this location They treat you with respect and common courtesy. The casher explained to me they had a problem with the machine, that's why your order is late and not yell at me for asking why i have to wait so long for an order made 30 mins ago like Jane. I will definitely continue to use their services.
Very rude costumer service, especially from manager. I ordered 20 wings w sauce on the side. And a large pizza with mushrooms, pineapples and bacon. They sent me a pizza with pepporonis, rotten mushrooms, and bacon. The wings had sauce. I called in about it, manager was very rude over phone, telling me normal people order sauce on wings. However, they sent in a new order and took the wrong food back. It's okay to make mistakes but how are YOU rude about it? Professionalism needs to be updated.
