I waited over 2 hours for my order to be delivered! Worst service I’ve ever experienced! The customer service reps were helpful but this location is terrible! Don’t waste your time ordering from this location!

Went in to buy a slice around 7pm. The slices looked like they were there for a while and had flies swarming all over. Very disappointing since I used to frequent this location and never seen this before. Avoid this location at all costs since it looks like they've gone down the drain.

Terrible delivery time. Took over an hour and 20 minutes for a small pizza to be delivered nearby. Store kept saying 5m away when called. Would not recommend this place.

How come you guys running business, if washrooms are out of use. Customers can’t use the washrooms, all three washrooms closed. What a shame! How you people working there whole day if washrooms closed. They want customers but don’t let the customers to use the washrooms. Shame!

Went to pick up my order, urgency to use the washroom and the cashier lady so rude for asking why the washrooms closed, and the reason gave me am not cleaning it because its closed. Restaurants are open but not washrooms what a joke. Poor customer service.

The pizza was really good . The portions were good . The toppings were good also . The party size was a good size and the everything was well done . The presto base was very good .there is an employee that works there is bit rude and gives Attitude makes you think you did something wrong . Please train your employee how to talk and deal with customers.

The year I lived in Markham this was the only place I ordered pizza from. I’d order as I was leaving work and it would be hot and ready when I arrived. Great quality and taste. Friendly staff. Never an issue with an order.
