Used to frequent here, I may not anymore as they don’t actively promote their promos. They make ignorant customers pay more…the excuse”it’s on the customer to know and to ask” I thought the whole point of a “promo”was for the business to promote the deal. Really felt cheated, Anyways problem was sorted after I had to go back in and argue it wasn’t fair. Would’ve saved the entire interaction if customers were made aware of deals and not left to pay more than double (Tried to get me to pay $14.00 for 2 cheese pizza slices and gave another guy behind me 2 for $7 on deluxe slices. )The slices ended up tasting stale and brick ended up tossing the rest.
Absolutely wild to me that not one of the staff members there knew how to redeem a gift card. My partner ended up just paying for the whole order out of pocket, but that’s unacceptable. Please properly train your staff.
One of my favourite pizza shops. This store lives up to pizza nova’s expectations, always fresh toppings, always put together well and always made to your request. The staff are friendly every time I walk in we get a friendly greeting and a little conversation about the day (when they are not busy of course). Definitely will be going a life time customer of pizza nova and of this store as long as I live near it.
The store person attitude is not good. Get angry and irritated by asking the price for pizza 2 times. Disgusting attitude. Never come to this store again
Wish I could give 0 stars, the manager Yadi is extremely rude and doesn’t have any sense of customer service or compassion, he was yelling at his driver for making a mistake and was extremely demeaning! Regardless if he is the manager, you should never speak to your employees in a threatening manner, he was aggressive and should not be in that position. He told him he would charge him next time he made a mistake. This was an abuse of power and clearly this doesn’t seem like the first time either, he was very comfortable speaking in that sense in front of customers. It made me very uncomfortable to see him yelling and I am never coming back to this location.
Went to go grab my pick up my order tonight. I got there early so I waited in my car, and an employee comes out for a smoke and i watch him pick his nose for over a minute. When i finally go in the restaurant, he follows inside and I wait to see if he'll wash his hands before he serves me but he doesn't. I left and didn't get my order. Avoid this location
Fast, reliable, and tasty. I have never had an issue with this location throughout the years even when ordering 10 min before closing. VERDIC- I recommend
