I ordered delivery from here and because my front entrance is closed due to construction, I told the driver to go threw the next building in which security would let him in. And he refused to deliver to my door. Mind you I have a 7month old so I couldn't go and get it from him being home alone with a 7month. So he began screaming at me to come get it from him or he'll go back to the store. So I told him I couldn't and to just go back to the store. Then 20mins later I get a call from their customer service ppl that just kept calling and hanging up on me every time I answered it. Worst experience ever will never order from them again!!
The price of a medium pizza is now $17 and the taste seem not as tasty as before. It could be that they're cutting back on quality ingredients. As prices continue to rise I'm not sure if I can justify spending that much for a medium pizza, considering that a large pizza used to be $18 +
One of the best pizza nova locations I’ve ever been to. Amazing selection of slices always displayed complimented with friendly staff that assists you with incredible customer service.The place is always very clean and the atmosphere is very inviting. The pizza itself is always cooked to perfection and is served with a generous amount of toppings. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone that is in the mood for some pizza.
Fantastic! My experience at this Pizza Nova location was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. I’ve dined at this location several times and have never been disappointed. The pizza that we ordered was fresh and delicious.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent pizza order I placed at your establishment. Upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to find that the pizza was far from the usual standard of excellence I have come to expect from Pizza Nova. The crust was overcooked and dry, the cheese appeared to be unevenly distributed, and some of the toppings seemed to have been hastily arranged. The overall presentation and taste were subpar, to say the least.
Never really had a problem with this location up until my last order last night. I ordered a large double pepperoni well done and a Caesar salad. The delivery was late and when I got the pizza it was not hot but warm and it tasted like it was old, as if it were someone else’s order that didn’t get picked up or it just sat there for a while because the crust was stale. The Caesar salad, first time I had one with out bacon bits in it and the croutons were old and stale, I tossed it out.
Staff helped me to choose Charcoal Pizza. It was so tasty; it’s a lot lighter to digest & not at all Chewy like regular pizza. Never had this kind of Pizza before. Thanks to Staff who helped me out & provided me the information about New Charcoal Dough. Definitely going to try it again.
