Great service, great staff and most of all very delicious pizza! Lots of fresh toppings and super cheesy!!! My favourite is the meat supreme! Even my toddler loves their pizza! ❤️
This location is so warm and welcoming. The staff truly cater to their customers. I was greeted immediately upon entry. Everyone was very friendly during my short time there. I ordered pizza for takeout and the staff didn’t hesitate to advise of current specials. Service was very quick and efficient. I got my order in the estimated timeframe they provided. The pizza was also absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. It had the perfect amount of toppings and it paired well with the dipping sauce they recommended. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning.
Ordered through skip the dishes , and this is what we’ve got , you can judge by the pictures , we throw it in the trash because it was so burned we couldn’t eat it, this store cant even make a simple extra cheese pepperoni pizza what a joke!
Ordered from this location back at the end of June and haven't ordered again since... Pizza arrived around 80+ minutes after I ordered, was cold, and the driver practically tossed the box at me. Didn't say a word, and didn't apologize. And yes, I actually pre-tipped since I had already prepaid online. I've been ordering from these guys for almost 30 years... We usually get pizza from them once a month. Decided to start ordering from one of their newer competitors ever since. No option to switch locations online.
Pizza Nova's reputation of great pizza continues here! Staff carry that reputation as well, looking out for what I and my wife wanted as well as funny banter. It's a solid pizza spot with hardworking staff, what else needs to be said!
Reason for my 3 start rating is because one of staff stepped outside for a bit. When the staff finally stepped back inside, she placed the item she had brought from outside inside and instead of washing her hands before touching a pizza, she touched a whole pizza and proceeded to take an order. I just think it’s kinda unsanitary especially since we are recovering from a pandemic. Probably a simple mistake but didn’t like that. My pizza wasn’t touched by her but makes me wonder if this is something other staff do as well.
The slices here are fresher than any other Pizza Nova. Sit on picnic tables outside and pig out on pizza while the athletes across the street watch with jealousy.
