Place is probably one of the worst locations in the city. Workers are not competent at all. Delivery driver delivered wrong pizza twice in 2 weeks. Pizza nova is just another chain I’ll be crossing off my list. Shame on all of you for having such an easy job but lack all qualities for it
Visited the Yonge and Finch location around the afternoon. The man who serviced us was very polite and showed lots of generosity and respect! Pizzas were good, a little burnt on the side but tasted fresh, was not dry, and we were able to add condiments on the side table near the cashier. The place is small, fairly clean and organized. I didn’t see a public washroom for guests. Would come back for a quick snack to this location!
NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Was there today OCT,042023 at 7pm no more slice left( only one very dry od veg from morning probebly ) . Cashier said we dont make slices tonight any more!!!!!! and we were shocked. No wonder they are going out of business. Busy area ( Yonge and Finch ) but no slices after 7pm R u kidding me !!!!!!
You can't possibly eat here especially around lunch filled with mostly construction guys and only few chairs.. Don't pre order here, you will get cold food even if you tell them when you arrive!!!! Tested them twice and had to microwave the damn pizza both times...
Food was okay. The cashier was rude. When she was taking our order, it feels like she doesnt want us to eat there. After eating, we asked for a napkins. She gave us 2 small piece. Like napkins cost $50 each.
I went to this store, When I asked the person who works there about the most popular type of pizza, He did not like to answer at all،And he went back to the counter،He threw the food in front of us،And he turned back again without giving us the drinks,As if he did not like to work, his behavior was very impolite
