Used to be great service. Last two times I called to order from the Bloor W. location, over 30 minutes before the posted closing time (which is far too early in general), was declined delivery with a lot of excuses, but no service. I am unhappily forced to spend my money elsewhere. This store now seems to have enough money already, and has become overly- comfortable at turning away business from regular customers.
Pizza here is good but they have an old flyer out on the counter with pricing that they refuse to honour now saying it’s an outdated flyer. They don’t have their pizza prices listed anywhere in the store except for that flyer but won’t honour the prices listed on it. Go to a different Pizzaiolo, you’ll pay the same price for the same good pizza and probably get better service.
Went in today for a slice of pizza while on the go. The staff member serving me was very pleasant. I told him I was going to eat the pizza in my car and he cut my slice into smaller pieces so it was easier for me to eat while driving. So thoughtful :)
Forgot to include the dip, the pizza was cut extremely uneven, there was a hair in it, and it was cold. I called to say they forgot the dip and the person on the phone told me that he said I could take anything from the fridge. He did not say that, and either way my order specified I wanted the creamy garlic sauce. Horrible experience. Nothing worse than looking forward to Pizza only to get something cold and disappointing.
Best pizza place I have found so far! The slice is large, the price is good, lots of selection, some organic ingredients, and yeast risen crust! Muskan, who works there, is friendly & helpful & will make sure your pizza is perfect!
Basic pizza, came here for a pizza fix. Server was nice and for basic pizza it was decent. Unstable people loiter around the area and sometimes walk in and start rambling, making dining here uncomfortable. Not the fault of this Pizzaolo location but it's unfortunate.
I went to Pizza Pizza saturday night and they did not let me use the washrrom , then came to this Pizzaiolo to order a couple of large pizzas for a movie night, i had my kids with me, , my little one he really had to use the washroom but when we asked the person behind the counter if my little son can use the washroom she said there is no washroom available . I decided to take my business elsewhere " PizzaVille" in liberty which they have beautiful washrooms for customers . If you run a food and drink business at least allow "Customers only " to use your washroom . You want me to pay over $65 for a couple pizzas and you dont want me to use your washroom nah, i dont think so . P.S: Super Rude people .
