Placed an order - took 40mins was ordered without cheese due to dietary restrictions. Pizza was delivered w cheese. When store was called no accountability or offer to get the right pizza that was ordered to us. Have ordered from other locations and had no issues. Would not order from Here again - no customer service!
Ordered a vegan pizza for my child - delivery. It wasn't vegan and we ended up in ER with an anaphylactic reaction. The response from the store? 'it was an honest mistake'. I wish restaurants took allergies seriously.
We visited this store in September as it was one of the only places open late that had gluten free options. We ordered the gluten free “Sweetie Pie” pizza and I communicate my dietary restrictions upon ordering. After it came out of the oven, the staff person grabbed a used pizza cutter (with the dough and cheese from another order still stuck to it!) to slice our pizza. I quickly stepped in to stop them and explained the problem, but they should be aware of blatant cross-contamination like that. Especially as gluten free pizzas are charged an extra $5. If I had trusted the staff and the “no gluten in this box!” packaging, I would have been extremely ill. Proceed with caution.
Love Spinotta! But it’s a gamble because we never know what we’re going to get at this location. .It can either be excellent or quite the opposite. Tonight was mediocre….We ordered thin crust and I guess they forgot. No prob! ….but the pizza def. lacked ingredients. $25 plus tip for 8 pcs of take-out pizza isn’t anything to brag home about.
Pizza is good, lots of varieties of toppings to choose from. They have the mini pepperonis you can put as a topping too, which was great! Delivery was quick as well.
While I was waiting to get my pickup order, the cashier was getting chewed-out by a person for a mistake they made. The angry person was being 100% unreasonable, rude, and kept demanding more and more alterations. It was so cringe. I felt horrible for the staff. The manager quickly came over, and very politely took the person aside and handled their concerns like a professional. I was then promptly served, as were the people behind me. All the staff had incredible patience with that unreasonable person, and still were able to keep up the pace with a busy Friday night rush. Great work. Great place. Great pizza.
They forgot my order and bungled the refund. Wouldn't give me anything for my trouble. Entitled customers as well you have to deal with on the way in and out. Not worth the high price point for the worthless service.
