I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber (Michael Saccucci) I call him the "Smooth Talker". We called him to address a plumbing issue with our furnace. He claimed the problem was a buildup of grease in the drain and proceeded to snake it. However, barely any grease came out during the process, and it became clear that the real issue was the pipe not being leveled properly, causing water to back up. It felt like he knew what the problem was but wanted to justify charging us for the service anyway, so he snaked the drain unnecessarily. To make matters worse, he charged us $415 for something that took only 10 minutes. Afterward, he lingered around but didn’t offer to help lift or fix the pipe to resolve the actual issue. In the end, I had to come up with a quick fix by propping the pipe up with a piece of wood, which allowed the water to flow properlysomething he could have easily done on the spot. Overall, it felt like he prioritized making money over genuinely helping us resolve the problem. I would not recommend his services.
Don’t hire them. They are a complete waste of time. We hired a plumber to diagnose a small leak in our laundry machine hoses. He made a million excuses about how he couldn’t move the machines without damaging the walls, how he was too big to fit in behind it, and finally he quotes us for an outrageous price of $1400 claiming we needed two hoses and two hose bibs. He left without doing anything and the next day we hired another company to replace the hoses, put everything back in place, with no bibs needed for $412. They are not professional and obscenely overpriced.
Paid for an Auger service after mentioning an object dislodged in the trap. Auger was unsuccessful oh well it was a chance we took. But guy kept trying to Auger total of 5 times, and after each attempt, shoving toilet paper down to see if it works. After the 5th time and it's not working, paid with a discount and left. Now when I flush, the water rises and doesn't empty. All the toilet paper is now stuck with the foreign object. Before we could flush poop but not toilet paper. Now can't even flush poop due to all the toilet paper he jammed in there. Guy is REALLY nice though, like salesman nice, and felt like he was trying to upsell me the new toilet. I understand my toilet was not working well, but it's weird that my toilet is now in a worse condition after paying $300.
The service man that was sent to our unit was very polite, professional, and kind. He was very thorough in explaining to me what needs to be done. He was very knowledgeable and was more than willing to sweep and clean the area where the washing machine would be placed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I really enjoyed our conversation about life. I give him 5 stars. He was a very nice human being.
