Have used these guys a few times now, and I am consistently impressed. The most recent time, I had a leak underneath my toilet. I called in and they were able to send a tech within the SAME HOUR. The problem was fixed an hour later. These people are well-priced, professional, and go above and beyond in everything they do: including sending you a full bio of each plumber via email before they arrive at your door. By far the best service in the GTA.Shout out to Stephen and Trevor for their amazing service and Kim at the office for squeezing me in!
The plumber John Kelly was professional and courteous, and addressed the issues with expertise and resolved them efficiently with clear explanations. He did a great job installing the faucet for the new kitchen!I plan to ask him to return when the time comes to restore the powder room.
I paid $59+tax for a service call because I was looking to replace my old water heater tank. I decided to contact this company based on the number of positive reviews indicating that they were fairly priced but that's not the case. The technicians who came were friendly but they quoted me 50% more than another company. They looked at my old water heater tank for 2 minutes and determined that it was a straightforward job to replace. I had previously corresponded with the company and had sent numerous pictures for them to give me an estimate but they refused to do so over the phone. If I had known that the price would be more than $3000, I could've saved myself the service call fee. The quote they provided to me was extremely unreasonable for the type of work needed to be done. The positive reviews now seem very misleading and inaccurate after my personal experience.
Hoerner did a great job installing a new hot-water radiators heating system throughout an old (100 years old) home. They did it on time, within budget, exactly as planned. They were very accommodating, working around our schedule, with fantastic results. Overall we had a great, stress-free experience, provided by honest hard working individuals who put us, the customer, first. Brad and Tracey, whom we interfaced with, were a pleasure to work with, and I'm sure that the rest of the employees at Hoerner are just as great.Update: a year later I called Hoerner regarding a minor issue with my system. I was delighted with how quickly and efficiently Andrew handled my issue on the very same day! I'm so happy that I chose Hoerner to install my system.
