Had a leak in my family room ceiling I called John the plumber Sunday night and scheduled diagnostic/repair for the Monday. They came fixed the issue and explained everything as they proceeded. They went above and beyond my expectations. Left the work area clean. I would highly recommend Alberto and (i really hope i have his partner's name correct , I apologize if not) Ralph to do an A++ job, thank you guys.
Service was good and prompt but overall cost is very high. The machine is with little over $300 plus tax but I paid $899 for every which means it's like $600 for labour itself to install it. It's my first and probably my last to be honest
The plumber who arrived was polite and courteous. I had debated doing the job on my own, but due to time pressures, decided to call a plumber for the first time ever. The job was done well enough, but the cost was ridiculous. I regret not doing it myself. He was here for 40 minutes. Parts would have cost less than $40 retail. The initial quote was $600 plus hst. They gave me a 'deal' of $479 plus hst. At that point, I no longer had time to diy the job, but seriously, it might have taken me 2 hours at the most. If you are remotely competent, just diy. They will do a fine job if money is not an issue for you. For the rest of us, save money and do the job yourself.
