Lino was fantastic. He did a proper assessment of what was causing the blockage and was able to quickly snake the drain to clear the pipe. He then fixed an issue where our tub was making a weird noise when youd flush the toilet in a matter of moments. Overall he was excellent and I would have him come fix my pipes anytime.
I just moved into a new condo and had a pipe leaking that ruined my floors and leaked all over the place. I called and Mike was my plumber and arrived exactly on time, in the same day and under an hour. He was incredibly nice and knew exactly what to do. Not only did he fix he pipe inside my shower, but he also educated me and was super fast and kind. If you need a plumber request Mike you wont be disappointed!! He also had to park far from my building as I live in downtown Toronto and he wasn't able to park in my garage. He ran to his truck at least twice in the pouring rain and didn't complain once. The receptionist was also perfect, she listened to my concern and I got good service for a great price. Ask for Mike!!
I had an amazing experience from beginning to end in installing plumbing for a sink and toilet for my basement bathroom. I called the number at 8pm the night before, plumbers came the very next morning, did a quick and reasonable estimate which I approved, and finished by 4pm the same day. Raymond and Lino are knowledgeable, courteous, communicative, and helpful. They went above and beyond doing work they didnt need to, made good suggestions, and made sure I was happy and everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
Called on a Saturday morning, they came the same day to fix our plumbing issues. Needed a snake to clear a clog and to fix some damaged plumbing. Very happy with the service provided by Lino from New Canadian. My main sewer was backing up. I originally called a competing company and after a brief attempt to snake the pipes I was told that I had to immediately replace them. I contacted New Canadian for a second opinion and Lino came up with a different approach, and cleared the pipes. Lino was clearly competent hardworking and honest.
