I cannot recommend Reza enough! We had a major emergency this past Sunday when a plastic cosmetic bottle accidentally fell in and completely clogged our toilet. He came out incredibly quickly, which was a huge relief. He was professional, polite, and extremely efficient. He identified the blockage immediately and fixed it promptly. What really impressed me was his attention to detail—he actually noticed a separate issue with the toilet mechanics and fixed it at no extra charge! While he was here, he also took care of a leak we had in our sink. If you are looking for an honest, skilled plumber, look no further. I will definitely be contacting him again for any future needs. I called two other plumbers on Saturday before Thanksgiving and no one answered my call. Turns out the water filtration system started to malfunction and all of my pipes were now clogged with salt. Raymond was patient and explained the situation and proceeded to check room by room. I really appreciated his workmanship and quality of work. Thank you!
I had a clogged kitchen sink and called around to get a quote. R&Z plumbing said they don't charge for a quote and was able to come in 2-3 hours. I said ok for them to visit and give a quote. Upon arrival, the plumber took a look at the pipe layout of my kitchen. In less than minute, he said "I can use the snake drill to unclog. If I can unclog it, it will be $220". I would have appreciated if you would have been upfront about the cost to use the snake drill when I initially called you for a quote, given that you obviously knew what services I will need potentially. The snake drill took around 1.5 hours and while they were putting everything back together, they noticed a hole in one of my pipes and recommended that I replace the p trap as well, as it seemed to have collected food waste and seemed to be rotting. I went ahead with the replacement, which cost another $150+. When I asked about my kitchen faucet not sitting in alignment with the sink, they proceeded to try and upsell again by saying they could replace the whole faucet. All I wanted to know was whether the sink faucet can be straightened out or not. Overall, service was fast but I am not a fan of the business not being upfront with me and constantly trying to upsell me with added services.
