WaterWorks visited our house to fix two problems - a leaky bathroom faucet and a leaky bathroom drain elsewhere. The plumber was friendly, arrived on time, explained his work, and fixed the first problem with hard work in about an hour. For the second problem, he provided advice on where to source a new vanity and quoted a price for the labor. We definitely plan to do this. At no extra charge, the plumber also offered advice on how to fix what sounded like water hammer - but was actually a problem with the water heater's ball-check valve instead. So a quick phone call to our third-party water-heater company got this problem fixed for free on the same day! All in all, we're happy with the professional and friendly service from WaterWorks, with lots of extra value added. We plan to use this company in the future, and we feel that we're in safe hands.
Michael and his team are fantastic! They have helped us with a few situations in our house and have done an excellent job. They come out very quickly once you contact them. Their rates are fair and they are an honest, good company. They are definitely the only plumber we will call.
Found Waterworks online and scheduled an appointment to assess the plumbing situation at my house. Natasha was genuinely nice and very accommodating. Michael was a delight to talk to and gave a fair assessment of what needs to be done. I never felt like he was trying to add to the scope of work like I did with other companies. They will start the work really soon and I am confident everything will be done accordingly.
We noticed discoloration of our ceiling in the main floor that has a washroom right above. Came across WaterWorks who sent Michael over to inspect it at a very nominal charge. The issue was first suspected to be with the gasket but after replacing it, the leak continued. The issue was later identified to be with the flange and not the gasket. The leak was fixed after the flange was changed. Initially Michael said it would be a charge for the gasket change + the flange change, but he was kind enough to waive off the cost for gasket change.Michael was very friendly guy and I would recommend his service for plumbing. If you can consider waiving off the initial cost (that you charge to visit the place) when the work is actually being done, it would help :). Nevertheless, it was a job that was done well.
Michael from Waterworks recently came over to replace our old bidet. We were very happy with his work. He is very professional and gives you the choice of buying the hardware on your own or for him to acquire it. He is very pleasant to work with and leaves the site spotless. We were also very happy with his highly structured pricing, which is job-based rather than time-based, and he provides an accurate estimate ahead of time. We went with Waterworks because of good online reviews so we felt we should share our positive experience with them.
