I visited this shop to have an image printed on a t-shirt, but Ramy centered it poorly off-center. I only noticed after getting home and trying it on, so I returned immediately—only to find the store closed despite being there at 3pm on a Wednesday, when hours are until 6pm. I called, and Ramy claimed a "family emergency" forced an early closure—though these seem frequent. The next day, I asked for a reprint due to the misalignment, but he refused, citing no more t-shirts available. When I offered to take a medium instead, he pushed for a full refund, which I declined since I urgently needed the shirt. Unable to find another printer and unwilling to wear the flawed item (for which I paid $28), I returned Saturday due to work constraints—only for him to refuse a refund outright. His rude, unprofessional demeanour and inconsistent excuses make him untrustworthy. Skip this place. Head to Toronto Tees at 527 Yonge St., Toronto—they're kind, professional, and deliver excellent quality work.
I had a work semi-emergency and needed to print two PDFs totalling almost 2,000 pages urgently and APS saved me. One of the PDFs (created by someone else) was a mix of portrait- and landscape-oriented pages and APS figured out how to configure the job to make it print as a single file. I was (and still am) so grateful for their help and the quality service I received. Will definitely be back for future printing needs!!
I have been coming here for quite a while and I’ve only ever received the best quality. The service is always fast, communication is easy, and the prices are amazing. I really don’t understand the negative reviews because this shop is honestly the best for all printing services. Just recently, I needed a poster sign printed the same day, and Ramy had it ready within 30 minutes! Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional printing.
Alexandria Printing Services was amazing! Ramy was fantastic to work with and printed over 400 show program booklets for an event I had in just 24 hours. He was reachable and communicative at every step of the process, and ensured our team was satisfied with the order. We also went back on our show day to get some last minute items printed (posters, cards, signs) and he did everything on the spot within an hour. All items were high quality and affordable. Overall I definitely recommend APS Solutions and will be using their services again in the future!
This person charged me 2$ for just one grey scale print out. When I asked he replied, "I am not running this business to make cents for each customer, I am here to make dollars". I seriously wonder why a franchise like STAPLES, charge just 13cents, probably they should appoint this owner as their financial advisor. I would never recommend this print shop.
