I must regretfully write this review–not because I feel bad, though. For a birthday card, almost an hour was wasted of our time. I must also mention that this waste of time made us late for the celebration. Upon asking him why it took so long, the owner rudely asked where else we would get this kind of job done. When we reminded him of the existence of Staples, he promptly told us to go there instead. Save yourself the stress and just go to Staples.
I could not ask for better service! Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had! I called in a panic on a Friday to print 90 menus and they clearly heard my desperation and immediately helped me. They were fantastic!

I cannot say enough how happy I was to find Business Edge Printing!! A bit of back story: I had bought my kids tickets to a concert, but the tickets were digital so there would be nothing physical to open. I had wanted to have a faux copy of the tickets created - something close to a real ticket - so they can open them instead of just showing my phone on Christmas morning. BUT...in the hecticness of Christmas, I had forgotten to get that done. It was 6:30PM on Christmas Eve when I decided as a last ditch effort while prepping and wrapping presents to see if there was anyone near me that could make these tickets for me. I had looked up "printing services near me" and Business Edge popped up. It was close and so, I gave them a call. Sure enough, they answered and were willing to take on job. They were soooo accommodating, communicative and even though I had provided a bit of a glitchy file, they worked diligently to help me fix it and get the job done. I really cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have these and the difference it made on Christmas. The fact they did this so late and last minute on Christmas Eve was above and beyond!! The price for printing was more than fair, if not below what I thought I should pay. Thank you a million times over - definitely recommend giving them a call.
