AWFUL EXPERIENCE. There is no way I would ever consider ordering from this company again and if you think they're based in North America you'd be mistaken. The package I received came from India and the person I spoke to on the phone was also in India. First they shipped me the wrong thing (which also arrived damaged and in terrible quality, smelled awful and was literally covered in a dirty brown substance), then refused to send me a replacement. After I was insistent, they shipped me a replacement which is STILL THE WRONG THING. Their customer service is terrible. A huge waste of time and money and now I'm missing a Christmas gift that I ordered months in advance and won't have. Buyer beware!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have had nothing but issues with my order. I place an order in October for Christmas. It said estimated delivery was November 7. On November 10, I chatted with their customer service who told me that was an estimated date and they had no idea when it would deliver. They said it escalated to production and the person I was speaking with said it should be in the next week. 10 Days later, I went on and spoke with someone again and the only response they could give me was that is an estimated date and they have escalated it to production. They have no idea how to track order status, they do not offer good support, and they have no idea when you can expect to receive your order. I have no idea if the quality is any good but if it is similar to their customer support then I have low expectations. I would highly find another site to order anything. Strongly encourage you to avoid this company. I have requested a refund and they are dodging that request as well. UPDATE: I finally received the order, 30 days after the expected delivery date and only 1 week to now find an alternate gift. I received only part of the order, they look nothing like the photos submitted. One item had black hair which no one has. The box showed up with a horrible smell, one of the items had the base broken off already. This is one of the worst experiences and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your gifts.
I can only speak from my experience. I've read some reviews and have experienced some of what was mentioned, more to do with customer service. Had an issue with being charged a separate amount for an order that didn't go through but was still charged for. Disputed the transaction with bank to get it removed. Seemed there might be a technical issue or something with payment processing. In the end it didn't matter that much, more inconvenient than anything else. I was very satisfied with the final outcome of the canvas. The image I chose to upload was merely from a screenshot of a photo I found on the internet so the quality was low. Because of this I selected the image upgrade to help with quality of the image. This I would recommend, was a small cost to assure quality. It turned out well and was very happy with it. Wrap was put together well and frame was sturdy. I chose the upgrade as suggested by the website for both. Not sure if others have done these upgrades but the collection of them all helped produce a quality final product and I appreciated the option to upgrade as the final product showed they were of benefit. Overall decent experience with some smaller hiccups along the way.
SLOPPY WORK, SMELLED LIKE MOLD, DO NOT ORDER! I wish I read the reviews before ordering. TERRIBLE quality. Packages came from India. I ordered 3 custom puzzles. They arrived looking like they were cut by a kindergarten kid. Very sloppy. The puzzle pieces smelled like mold. Three puzzles came in dirty plastic bags and a single small box. I sent them photos and they apologized for the smell but assured me that the way they look matches the description. (I have had custom products made before at Blacks and Staples for the same price and MUCH better quality.) They said: "Please note that all our puzzles are custom-made to order based on the artwork or images submitted by the customer. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items, in line with our store policy.... In terms of quality, we have reviewed the original file provided, and the print and material have been produced to match that file. The puzzle paper and ink used are consistent with our production standards. However, we’re sorry to hear about the smell you've noted — this can occasionally occur from packaging materials during transit but should dissipate shortly after being opened and aired out."
This company is NOT reliable. Their so-called “100% satisfaction guarantee” is not true. My order was delivered with a missing item, and they refused to refund me for it. I even requested to return everything for a full refund, but they completely stopped responding. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Staples instead – do not purchase from this company.
Edited in 2025; obviously I’ve never ordered from here again, but this company should be out of business by now. People need to stop supporting them. They are not reliable, they are not Canadian, and the products are garbage. Please report this company to BB. DO NOT ORDER. Not from Toronto, not from Canada. Scam company. Ordered 3 images and all were damaged including frame.
I ordered a poster with a specific request for lamination. Upon arrival I realized that they forgot to laminate it and demanded a refund or an alternate poster with lamination after providing proof via. photos and a video of the damaged poster to customer service through sending them multiple emails. Which is useless because they pretend like they don't see any of the photos or video I sent them. After this incident I won't ever buy from them again unless something is done!
