They closed 15mins earlier than the time on their chart infront of me purposely; and it was my first time going there. Do NOT go there, I've never seen such horrible humans.
I needed passport renewal photos taken, and the man who helped me was extremely courteous and professional. He took several photos, and let me check and confirm before I selected. Many other places will just take one and not let you have any say if it's good or not, but when he didn't think the lighting was good enough, he kept trying until it was sufficient. Also, it was less than $15.00, after tax; lots of other places charge +$20.00! Thank you!
EA mailbox staff is professional and courteous. I came in with extremely important legal documents that needed to be sent internationally with a 4 day deadline, and the owner put my mind at ease and assured me they would arrive by then. I was given a tracking number and was able to see it arrive just on time. The prices were affordable and the service was impeccable. Keep up the good work!
