Had a hard time finding a printing shop that would make custom media-style badges. Jason helped me pick out the right material and facilitated the whole order from start to finish! The turn around was fast! End product was very nice.
I had a terrible experience with Reprodux and would not recommend them for any time-sensitive projects. They agreed to complete an important job for me by a specific deadline, but they simply didn’t finish it on time. Worse, they never warned me that they wouldn’t be able to meet the deadline, leaving me with no time to find another solution. Their lack of communication and follow-through ended up costing me business. To make matters worse, when I called to get a status update, the man I spoke with was extremely unprofessional when I reminded him that they had promised to deliver it on time. He yelled at me and then hung up when I asked him to speak calmly. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a situation that could have been avoided with clear and honest communication. If you’re looking for a reliable printing service that values professionalism and respects their customers, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Jason and the Reprodux team are fantastic and go above and beyond to get me my prints on time. Submitting large format Architectural Drawings to Municipalities is a chore but reprodux provides an easy drop box to upload files, prints, folds and delivers my colour and B&W drawings with ease.
